This is not traditional golf coaching

There will be no technical swing instruction.

Most golfers try to improve by changing their swing.

I help golfers improve by changing how they practice, think, adapt, and make decisions on the course.

The goal is to help you become a more effective player, not just a better practiser.

We will explore the following:

Are you practicing the skills that actually influence scoring?

Does your practice prepare you for the realities of the course?

How do you respond to mistakes and setbacks during a round?

Are your routines and habits helping or hindering your performance?

Initial Performance Review

60–90 minute virtual session

Deep dive into your game, practice habits, strengths, frustrations, and scoring patterns

Ongoing Coaching Support

6 x 30-minute coaching calls across 3 months

Structured progress reviews and problem-solving discussions

Practice & Round Analysis

Every practice session and round reviewed

Detailed feedback on how to improve

On-Course Observation

If logistically possible, I will play 2 rounds of golf with you during the programme

About me

I have 15 years’ experience as an organisational leadership coach and performance psychologist, helping people make meaningful change happen.

At the core of my work is improving the quality of thinking — helping clients develop the awareness, judgement, and adaptability needed to make wiser decisions.

I’ve applied the same approach to golf. Wise golfers don’t just focus on swing mechanics. They learn to understand their game, both physically and mentally, and excel at knowing how to improve it. They practice in the right way, can adapt to changing conditions, and make better on-course decisions.

As a keen golfer myself, I’ve used these principles to significantly reduce my own scores, and I’m interested in helping others develop a smarter, more adaptive approach to improvement and performance.
