Helping leaders think through complexity
All of my work is about attention and curiosity. Expanding what people pay attention to, in order to develop excellence and wisdom
Services
Leadership coaching
I focus on developing client curiosity and attentional awareness in order for them to make wiser judgements. Thinking critically about leadership, systems and relationships is central to my work.
Conflict-mediation
I am accredited by the Civil Mediation Council as a conflict-mediator. I work in London and Hertfordshire. For more details on mediation and the process involved, click here.
Curious dialogue course for leaders
A one day course for anyone responsible for managing / leading others. Adopting an experiential learning philosophy, and drawing on improvised theatre techniques, this course has a simple objective: to help participants engage in work conversations from a position of curiosity and openness.
To do this, we help participants become brilliant at listening, paying attention to others, and letting go of the need to control. The benefits of curious dialogue are powerful; increased rapport with others, more collaboration and cooperation, and much more creative thinking.
Workplace conflict resolution
3 options (brief webinar, ½ day and 1 day in person) are available.
Developing wise golfers
I help golfers transition from a state of frustration, confusion and low confidence in their game, to experts in how to lower their scores. They become wise golfers.
Without teaching them anything about the golf swing, I coach golfers to excel at accurately diagnosing the problems in their game, and understanding how to improve.
